Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Final Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
